Our Client Process

WE LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS AND DESIRES

Our Client Process

Our landscape process starts with listening to your needs and desires, keeping the uses and/or lifestyle of our clients in mind as we develop a landscaping plan.

Next, we assess your specific site conditions, take soil tests if necessary, and present you with several concept drawings to assist you in materializing a vision and a budget for that vision.

Whenever possible, we offer sustainable solutions to issues by introducing you to rain barrels, rain gardens, native plants and green roofs.

Initial Meeting with Your Landscape Designer

Our landscape designer will visit you on site to view your property and to discuss your landscaping needs. In this meeting, we’ll gather your ideas and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also take pictures of the areas we’ll be working on and provide you with a design contract.  To prepare for this meeting, obtaining a copy of your property survey, if available, will help the process go smoothly. These steps will help your designer gather the information needed to prepare your conceptual drawings.

Concept Design Proposal & Review

Our designer will present you with your conceptual drawings and further discuss ideas. After approving one of the concept drawings, the designer will begin the process of rendering a final landscape design for your approval.

Design & Approval

Our designer creates a final rendering of the project with detailed specifications on plant materials, hardscaping materials, and all costs specific to the installation.

Installation & Quality Control

All of our professional installers are Anne Roberts Gardens employees, who will install according to final plans. Crew chiefs are available during the process to respond to questions and/or concerns that may arise. Our Pledge: A job is not finished until you are fully satisfied with your new oasis.

A garden is always growing and evolving. We offer weekly, monthly and annual maintenance for your new or existing garden. Our maintenance program includes pest and disease control, weeding, cultivating, fertilizing, edging, pruning, spring and fall cleanup, and winter plant protection.
