Design Process

WE LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS AND DESIRES

Our landscape process starts with listening to your needs, desires and lifestyle. Then we assess your specific site conditions, take soil tests if necessary, and present you with several concept drawings that assist you in creating a vision and budget. We always keep the environment in mind by not using invasive plant species and introducing you to rain barrels, rain gardens, native plants and green roofs.

Initial Meeting

Our landscape designer will visit you on site to learn about your needs and the property. This allows us to intelligently discuss ideas and concepts and answer any questions you may have.  We’ll take pictures and provided you with a site specific design contract.  A copy of your property survey, if available, will help make the process go smoothly.

Concept Design Proposal & Review

Our designer will present you with conceptual drawings and further discuss ideas. After approving one of the concept drawings, the designer will begin the process of rendering a final landscape design for your approval.

Design & Approval

Our designer creates a final rendering of the project with detailed specifications on plant materials, hardscape, and all costs specific to the installation.

Installation & Quality Control

Our professional crew installs according to final plans. All of our installers are Anne Roberts Gardens employees and crew chiefs are available during the whole process to respond to any questions and/or concerns that may arise. A job is not finished until you are fully satisfied with your new oasis.
